Facet Documentation…Just Got Easier!
The ACE office has received many calls about the facet and epidural audits, so we thought we should create a form to help our clients! The ACE experts are here to help! We, of course, couldn’t do it alone. A long-term client inspired us to create this form! Using this tool will allow your group and providers confidence in the elements needed for compliantly documenting facet procedures.
We are offering this form with two options.
- ACE Client– Pay once, at $19.99 and download to use the form.
- Current ACE Client– If you have used ACE for services in 2021 you can contact Kayla in our office to get the code to purchase the form at $9.99
