OUT OF NETWORK LAW AKA NO SURPRISE ACT

July 1st, 2021 the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Labor, and the Department of the treasury together rolled out an interim final rule to allow for the ability to map out the final details of the No Suprise Act for 2022.

The important part about arbitration was not included in this release. ACE experts are reviewing the 400+ pages of instructions and will work on getting you a summary soon once we digest it!
