We are now feeling the pressure of having limited resources in healthcare, and we don’t have enough money to fund the current demand for services.  In addition, we have to deal with consumer attitudes specifically, I have insurance and therefore, you should accept whatever my insurance pays. Managed care has been the middleman of health care for the past 25 to 30 years but in today’s environment, they continue to shift the risk onto the providers.  What can we do to protect the value of our services?
