She is now applying her expertise to the health care industry specializing in Anesthesia and Pain Management. She has a strong background integrating quality concepts into business operations. She has been recognized for building organization out of chaos to achieve business results. Lynette has assisted many businesses obtain high performance through leadership, adaptability, building teams and developing people.
She enjoys working through the details of work flows and computer systems to identifying improvements and business measurements that will allow growth, efficiency, and adaptability. Lynette received her Specialty Coding Professional for Anesthesia from the Board of Medical Specialty in 2008.
Lynette understands the complexities of large and small companies through her personal experience at companies such as Sprint Nextel Corporation, United Investors Life Insurance Company, and Macy’s Midwest. She served on the Board of Examiners for the Missouri Quality Award in 1995 and served multiple times on the Board of Examiners for the Sprint Quality Award Process.
